In chapter 11 we discuss how Disney embraces the idea of a learning organization. Disney supports and encourages creative culture to expand storytelling and be inclusive to other cultures. Disney invests in training and educating their employees and encourage their employees to invest their ideas and perform their leadership roles. Disney provides feedback systems to encourage their employees and develop their skills and knowledge. Disney is also investing into technology innovations to better streamline their products as well as reduce operational costs.
