Disney's Organizational Structure

In chapter 10 we explore how this applies to Disney. Disney is designed to have a diverse organization structure, the two main components are Disney entertainment and parks, products and experiences. Disney entertainment overlooks the streaming services like Disney+ and Disney channel. There is a great synergy across departments to produce films and produce products at the same time to release it to the public.
