How Disney Retains Human Capital

The main focus of chapter 4 is Human Capital. Attracting, developing, and retaining human capital in companies is significantly important to building a strong foundation and maintaining its structure.




Retaining human capital is a key essential to provide a strong relationship in the workforce. Disney retains their employees by providing incentives such as bonuses, salary increases for employees who stay longer in the company, opportunities to grow employees’ careers, providing a safe, positive and healthy work environment.


Disney offers a variety of employee benefits such as:
